Precise Cuts could potentially be dropped for Killing Spree if you are always pulling 8 or more targets, but Killing Spree loses value in cleave so I would suggest against it. Killing Spree and Ghostly Strike have been traded off for Blade Rush and Precise Cuts as they are more valuable in general cleave content.Gouge and Tricks of the Trade have been suggested to be picked up in the class part of the tree as these gain much more value in Mythic+, if you feel these aren't as valuable as the Atrophic Poison pickup feel free to change talents up and experiment as the first 3rd of the tree is utility only.

Increasing the target cap is great and it also helps making sure you have full uptime on Blade Flurry during trash. Mastery has historically been pretty bad for Outlaw but moving into Dragonflight it's a lot better.
Due to its placement all you end up losing to grab this is missing out on some mobility related utility talent in the first threshold.
Ambidexterity is a great pick up early on in the tree. This build is a generic Mythic+ build, you could easy just use the raid build for Mythic+, but this one swaps out 3 talents for ones that buff Blade Flurry a bit. Thistle Tea is a strong single target talent that helps with energy droughts and allows us to speed through the rotation much easier. It has a lot of internal synergy with the tree with being able to proc Fan the Hammer very quickly which then in turn can proc Audacity which applies Find Weakness and then the cycle repeats itself. Hidden Opportunity is what this build is focused on. The other factor is Hidden Opportunity which is a huge combo point and damage increase with all the buffs Ambush got through beta and alpha. The 2 biggest factors are that this is a reliable way to proc Find Weakness which is huge as all of our damage is physical this is a pretty hefty damage increase. Shadow Dance has been given to us via the class tree and it's a perfect fit for the spec. Unlike the legendary this one always procs whenever you get an Opportunity rather than a chance meaning that every single Opportunity proc you get will now generate at least 4 combo points which is fantastic. Fan the Hammer is a new and improved version of Concealed Blunderbuss.
